  • Seasonal cleaning

All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including in cases of unsafe working conditions or inappropriate client behavior.


3. Booking and Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
  • Booking confirmation will be provided via phone or email.
  • Clients must provide accurate property details to ensure proper service preparation.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges.


4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Service prices are based on:

  • Property size
  • Level of cleaning required
  • Property condition
  • Add-on services

Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted if conditions differ significantly from those disclosed during booking.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept approved payment methods as communicated during booking.
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Missed appointments without notice may result in full service charges.

Elquira reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, staff availability, or unforeseen circumstances.


6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe and accessible access to the property
  • Secure pets before service
  • Inform us of any hazards or sensitive materials
  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are operational

Elquira is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions.


7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We may offer a re-clean of specific areas at no additional cost.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law:

  • Elquira is not liable for pre-existing damage.
  • We are not responsible for wear and tear, deterioration, or structural issues.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

Clients must report any damage claims within 24 hours of service completion.


9. Property Damage Policy

While we take care to protect your property:

  • Accidental damage must be reported immediately.
  • Claims may require supporting documentation.
  • We reserve the right to repair damage before offering compensation.

Normal wear and tear is not considered damage.


10. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, logos, graphics, and design elements are the property of Elquira unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
